What is the purpose of this forum? Does smartertools even offer help here?

    I posted earlier, no responses.

    I installed the product. It won't pull log files. Just says waiting for new data. I know the ftp info worked because it let me browse directories.

    This forum is for user to user support. If you want help from SmarterTools directly you need to open a support ticket.
  3. Unfortunately Smartertrack and Smarterstats doesnt enjoy the same support that smartermail does.

    Best bet is to open a ticket, though I cant guarantee that this will get the issue resolved :(
