    Hey all,

Just had a new customer complaining that they couldnt receive mail from there info@ account.
They can receive mail from all there others (Accounts on the same Domain) fine, but its just the Info account that gets the following response.

We have not had this problem before and have tested it from other mail servers and they too get this response.

If anyone could assist in the matter it would be greatly appreciated.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

    info@*******.com.au on 3/04/2006 9:33 AM

    Let me try to understand.
Your customer mail.. is in your smartermail server? so info@xxxxxx.com.au is hosted in your smartermail server?
the response "You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator." is an answer from your smartermail server? it looks more like an answer from an exchange server.

Could you please post more details about this case in order to help you.
Have you checked your smartermail logs?
