Parallels SmarterMail APS Package RegisterUserInApplicationInstance

In using the Parallels Automation API Method pem.APS.registerUserInApplicationInstance to register a new Service User in the customer's SmarterMail Application Instance, it doesn't seem to like the settings passed as the user is added to SM Integration Service 'Service Users' list, but is not clickable, and when going through the wizard to do this through the PA CCP it still lists the service user as an available user to add.

The only settings I see in the APS APP-META.xml file I have defined when calling the registerUserInApplicationInstance method.

    Am I missing something?

The only thing that is returned is [Status]=>0.

What version of SmarterMail are you running?

If you are running version 9, and you are the SmarterMail server admin, you can see the new Web Services Documentation by logging into your SmarterMail server and going to SETTINGS ==> WEB SERVICES.

You can then find all the information you need there.

    Greetings flacodirt,

We currently have a ticket open with this issue as well as we're discussing with Parallels about possible solutions to resolve this problem.
