Question Outgoing mails not working

    Hi,

    I've just taken over a SmarterTrack 3.6 server.

    I noticed that the mails replied by the support agents from the ST web interface are not delivered to the customers. My questions are:

    i) By right, should all the emails replied by delivered to the customers?
    ii) Where's the SMTP configuration in ST 3.6 to specify which SMTP server to use to deliver these outgoing mails?
    iii) I don't see these outgoing mails in ST's SMTP log file. Should I?
