Help troubleshoot an SmarterMail install

I have SmarterMail 6.x on a Windows 2008 server. It works to send mail to 'regular' email accounts, but not to accounts like hotmail, google, etc. I *suspect* it may have something to do with being rejected because of a configuration error (I am not getting bounced or errors back to my inbox, so I am not sure). I am looking for someone to take a look at the settings and let me know. I am willing to pay for your time.

    Thanks

    Mike

Log in as the System Administrator, go to Settings > Log Settings and set the log level for Delivery to Detailed. Then, try to send a message to hotmail or gmail. After it fails, go to the Log Viewer and search your delivery log for the address you just tried to send to. Enable related traffic and search. Copy and paste the results here.

Following is the log. Had failed to qaterminal@live.com and swingkids3@yahoo.com. As near as I can tell from this log, everything is fine, but neither message arrived.

Do you have reverse dns set up at all/correctly? That would be the first place I would look. If you do have rdns set up make sure your spf records are validating correctly and that you domainkey signature is valid as well.

Setting rDNS fixed it. Thanks! Now I have one other issue - It will not accept incomming mail from any domain on a particular server. I have added that server to the white list, turned off spam filtering and still not luck. Mail is received fro everywhere else.
