Detailed Ticket Report

    I need a report that shows the ticket questions and responses. I tried to create a report in SQL but I'm not seeing the field that stores the agent's response to the client. The st_TicketMessages.BodyText appears to the client side. Does anyone know where the agent responses are stored? Thanks!
