Custom field doesn't appear on System event email

    version: SmarterTrack Enterprise 7.6.4443

    My company will need to use custom field's in their email notifications to know which company and end-user name is reporting the issue, but it doesn't seem to be populating the email even though the custom field has been filled with customer information. Also I filled out the end-user's Custom Field information, but it does not populate the fields when the same user sends a new ticket, the fields are empty and have to be filled every time. Is there a remedy for this? Another thing is when I create a system event it only allows me to select ONE condition (subject, message received, etc..) if I select more than one then the action will not go through. Is this normal? I had to create a system event for every possible scenario because of this. Is this because I am using the trial version or because that's how this application is programmed?
