Closing a new ticket with a Custom Field

    Is there a way for agents to create a new ticket (using the mgmt interface), select the required custom field, save that custom field and then Send and CLOSE that ticket? Right now, they have to Send and mark ACTIVE first, and then go back to that ticket and remark it as closed? We have enabled this custom field as "Required for agents to close a ticket" within the ticket template and they are saving the ticket correctly before trying to Send and Mark Closed. Using v7.6.4450.
