Bug/Issue Auto responder has stopped working

    We are using SmarterTrack Enterprise 7.6.4443. I wanted to enable an email to be sent to my clients when an agent closes a task manually, from looking in the forum I found that creating an event would do this. As soon as did this, all autoresponders stopped working. I have deleted the event now but the autoresponders are not working still. What have I done wrong?

    We are having the same problem

    Our autoresponder only responds to email addresses on our server. It will not send to external email addresses.
