Bug/Issue Able to send email via SMTP when Service Access is disabled SmarterMail v9.24464

    I have contacted support about this problem, I am just sharing in case others run into problem.

    Log in as admin
    1. Look up domain somedomain.com and click on Manage Domain
    2. Click on Domain Settings; Users;
    3. Edit existing user: testmail@somedomain.com
    4. Select Service Access Tab
    5. Click on help and read help for this page
