Egypt government have canceled daylight saving time in may 2011 so i think this is not reflected in software code. is there a patch or a configuration file to edit in order to solve this problem. <br />

Task: Viewing the list of subscribers for any mailing lists while logged in as an administrator (NOT a domain users flagged as an administrator)<br />
<br />
Behavior: If you are logged in as smartermail admin and you go to view a list of subscribers for any domain mailing list, you get logged out<br />
<br />
Steps to recreate:<br />
<br />
1. Login as a smartermail admin<br />
2. Domain &gt; Manage<br />
3. Domain Settings &gt; Mailing Lists &gt; Mailing Lists<br />
4. Check next to any mailing list<br />
5. Edit<br />
6. Manage &gt; Subscribers<br />
7. You will be redirected to the login screen<br />
<br />
To correctly view the subscribers you will need to login as a member of that particular domain with admin privileges. Then it will display fine.<br />

When using Outlook, if I send an e-mail to several addresses, and one of these address doesn't exist, the e-mail is not sent to anyone. (The sender and the non-existant receiver are on the same domain).<br />
<br />
I guess Outlook checks the e-mail server for local users, if a user does not exist, it will not send the e-mail (to anyone).<br />
<br />
Is there a way to force the e-mail to be sent anyway? I mean, are there any configuration I can make on Smartermail (or Outlook) to enable this behavior?<br />

1)  The WhosOn script generator does not allow you to select the brand for which it is generated.  It appears to only use the default URL as opposed to being able to generate it for a specific brand.<br />
<br />
2)  The WhosOn script is specifically generated for either HTTP or HTTPS.  It should have an option to generate a protocol agnostic version of the script so that if you're on an HTTP site, it uses HTTP and that if you're on an HTTPS site, it uses HTTPS.  Google analytics does something similar with a script line like this:<br />
ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';</div>

The problem I am having is two-fold. First, I cannot see any conversations between myself and the user - I type something in the chat box, but nothing appears in the chat window. Secondly, I cannot end a chat. I click the &quot;End Chat&quot; button, and I get the popup that asks if I want to end the chat, and I click &quot;OK&quot;, but nothing happens. I am having someone check the chat error logs for me to see if there is an answer there, but if anyone has experienced this before, I would love to hear from you.<br />

It seems to be working properly if you have a related item attached to a ticket as opposed to a call log.</div>
